I lived in San Marcos at 667 Gemstone Dr. I gave my 30-day notice end of Nov. 2021. I still paid rent for Dec. 2021. I contacted Desiree multiple multiple times for my security deposit refund. She won’t give me a straight answer and avoids me. She gave me an email for saba housing, and I used that email multiple times to no response. How do these people communicate when someone moves out and there is a security deposit refund due the tenant? I can’t believe the incompetence and lack of response.

I really enjoyed my time here. Management was always really friendly and easy to work with. I would even consider spending time with them outside our business relationship. My only complaint would be is there isn’t enough fridge and cupboard space in the house to fit everyone’s needs. Other than that, it’s a great location at a decent price. All of the roomies were really awesome as well.
